"Had a previous pleasant stay in 2017. However, tried booking a 3-night stay this weekend but had to ring the booking team for same-day booking. The quoted prices were discrepant from the online price, but when clarification was sought, a rude, patronising Joanna kept on repeating the same phrase ‘daily rates change’ when prompted to investigate the difference even though the rates for the coming days had remained the same online. She clearly did not wish to do her job, and when I suggested that I sent her a screenshot to of my attempted online booking, she agreed to have it sent by email. But this email was later not responded to (bearing in mind it’s a same day booking). So I had to call again and speak to a different agent, who provided another excuse for the discrepancy but was happy to match the price. A lot of inconsistencies and rudeness that I don’t expect from a ‘five star’ establishment. Great shame."

"Amazing apartment, a heaven of calm in the centre of the city and yet under a minute of walk from such landmarks as the famous Harrods. The apartment was clean and modern, with good service and friendly staff. Had the pleasure to meet Steven/Stephen from maintenance, who was very supportive in sorting minor issues I had on my stay. He had a very professional and friendly approach, where in the end he shared some of the " EXTRA CURRICULAR" service. Have meet him again after 2 weeks, when he was FORCING the same service. I was left with a stupid question. Is he paid by Cheval to deal substances ?"
