"My 15yr old Daughter had her tongue pierced here last Saturday (25/6/22) The piercing was done in the wrong place and and was placed in diagonally instead of straight. The piercing was so far to the left of my daughters tongue that once the swelling started, the ball of the bar was almost touching her tonsil. On the Sunday morning we had no choice but to remove it. This was extremely painful and distressing. I messaged Kirtsy about her refund policy and she blocked me. I have sent picture's of my daughters tounge (before we removed the bar) to various other piercing establishments who were shocked beyond belief that this had been done by a 'professional' i will be taking this further and would advise EVERYONE to find somewhere safe and professional to get future piercings. Appalling and dangerous service."
"The piercing shop I used to go to closed down so I tried this one a while back and got snake bites, they were really friendly. Went back to get septum done and bars on lips changed and they were still amazing and super friendly. Going back in a few days can't wait"
