"We have been getting flowers from here for years and usually these are quite nice or at least people have said how nice they were when received them. The last lot though was a disappointment, I had requested purples but was lots of white and pinks, the leaves on the thistle type stems were going brown AND they delivered on the wrong day. This meant that as they was delivered early the people who they were for received flowers that were even less fresh and had all opened up. I did message them because they were early and not the colours I was expecting and wondered if there had been a mix up but they didn't even respond. That is an instant star drop."
