"Ordered 2 bouquets 2 weeks before Mothers Day. One cottage garden and one tropical. Paid £70 for the pair. The cottage garden bouquet could have been cobbled together at ASDA for £20. The tropical one wasn't tropical, just colourful. Shop told me they are out of season. Could have said when I placed the order not just take my money and hope to pass it off as acceptable. Gave me a refund against the tropical one but has left me a bouquet short 2 days before Mothers day. In short avoid this shop. Poor value and worse customer service."

I paid £40 & £8 delivery for a bereavement, what arrived was tantamount to a £5 bunch from the supermarket, difference with s supermarket would have got a bigger bunch. They do not respond to complaints either. Shocking service & after service. If u could have given zero stars I would have."
