I have posted over 75 reviews and this halfwit assumes I've made a fake profile to bash them when in actual fact they have low standard and poor service. Clearly their doing this on a regular basis to customers. However, they are quick to grab the cash the little lying weseals. "Nice little shop full of a range of gifts for every occasion. I've been on multiple occasions. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond, I forgot my wallet and was able to still place my order and pay via bank transfer after I got home. Balloons delivered to my car outside because I didn't want to leave kids in car alone. Just some of the examples of the great customer service and trust they have."

"Not even a1* Disgusted with the service, placed an order 3 days before I needed it the staff reassured me they have everything in stock etc….. my delivery was booked for 3oclock, the driver arrives at 16.15, asked for a pink bouquet they said yes that’s fine will do a pink theme the bouquet arrives grey and black! With the dullest flowers ever! And the balloon, sent me the wrong balloon to what I’d asked for. Definitely don’t recommend!"
