"I booked in for a overnight stay , a very nice hotel and fantastic staff , the room was clean. Breakfast fantastic. Enjoy my stay and I would stay again , Only thing I could say is you need a car because its just a little to far to walk to Warwick ."
"The room was clean but sparse, in our room we could not use the hairdryer as it was not located next to lighting/mirror, the shower pressure was low, like taking a shower under a running tap. The breakfast was adequate. The only redeeming feature were the staff who were polite, attentive and helpful."
"The staff were extremely helpful and did their best to resolve all the issues that arose. The rooms was cold but on contacting reception we were immediately brought a portable radiator. Breakfast this morning was chaotic however staff were working hard to try Replenish the food and make more room on tables. I and replenish the food as soon as it was running out"

Breakfast there was something for everyone. Bar prices weren't bad, for a hotel. Ground area was kept tidy. Nice location, if you want the Birmingham nec stadium."
"Staff were extremely helpful. Especially Macy who went the extra mile. Disappointed it wasn't restaurant hotel but they did snack food . Rooms a bit run down and could do with refurbishment but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and very satisfactory. Catering staff did an excellent job. Location good for Warwick."
