"I needed to access a one off day care facility for my patterdale terrier Queeni and as she is not great with other dogs , I ideally I needed one on one care for her . Fortunately I was able to give a few weeks advance notice, and cannot believe I was able to locate such a wonderful, knowledgeable and professional couple as Ali & Pete in my local area. what a find! They are clearly passionate about their work and treat every pet as an individual. Pete sent photos and videos throughout the day for my peace of mind that Queeni was not missing me in the slightest. "Ali from OWH has been a Godsend. We had to isolate because of COVID and were desperate to find someone local to exercise our 11month old Spaniel. I messaged her via Facebook and had a response almost immediately. Within a couple of hours she arrived to meet our pup and took her on a 30min walk for free! We arranged for an hour's walk every day and Ali always arrived on time, observed social distancing and our little dog went off very happily with her. We had pictures and a brief description of their walk via WhatsApp every day and as we experienced som hot days Ali arrived early to get our dog out and home before it got too hot.
