"I came across Freedom Pet Support whilst looking for someone who could provide caring puppy services during the day whilst away at work. I was highly recommended to contact Adele and upon meeting her quickly realised that she would be perfect. Adele is so friendly, personable and knowledgeable, she made our puppy, Max, feel just as instantly at ease as she did me! She has worked with and supported us with Max’s puppy training (& continued with training that we’ve been working on in classes), boosted his confidence both in the car and on a lead, and regularly offers up & incorporates her own expertise to complement his needs. Max has really come on in the few weeks we’ve been with Adele already and thoroughly enjoys spending time with her. We feel so reassured to know our puppy is being so well cared for and looked after whilst we’re away at work. As he’s now slightly older and we’re able to leave him for longer, we’ve been able to work with Freedom Pet Support to agree some changes to Max’s needs and Adele has been so wonderful and accommodating. One such change is he now gets to interact and socialise with other puppies. Adele runs different puppy group walk sessions during the day and she carefully selects the dogs for each group to ensure their personalities are best matched to maximise enjoyment. She really is brilliant. She’s also going to housesit to look after our cats in the coming months so we can get away for the weekend to visit friends we rarely see who live a long way away!
