Reviews
"Amazing vet and nurse after a very sad time."
"My pet passed away in the car on the way to vets now with a friend. My partner and I went to say good bye and ####a carried her dead lifeless body through reception with her back legs hanging out for all to see. They then refused to let me take a paw print and fur myself. If that's not bad enough they used clippers rather than scissors and then #####a came in a told my partner to move so she could do some computer stuff while we were still saying good bye. I felt so uncomfortable leaving my pets body with them. This isn't the first time vets now have caused me problems when my poodle was in they couldn't find her I nearly called the police. They really lack compassion. Three of the vets are brilliant and that's all I can say about them. The amount of RVC regulation they break daily is worrying."
"Nice to have an emergency vetinary hospital . Excellent service due to my Springer spaniel eating 12 small Easter Eggs.......:("
"Took my dog here 23/12. Excellent service, kind an very helpful at a very stressful time"
"The automated voice message counted down the minutes until I was front of the queue and then stared counting up again?? Couldn't get through on Sunday."
