"Been coming to this vets for a few years with both animals and staff have always been amazing but today's experience was awful... very rude and cold eastern European lady vet who saw my dog .... not a care for the animal and only interested in the money!!!! Even saying to me "what are you looking at" when all i was looking for was tissue to wipe his eyes!!!! Disgusting! Hopefully will get help for him elsewhere!!!!!"

"This a lovely veterinary practice. The staff are all so caring and make each pet feel comfortable and relaxed before they are examined. This makes me less anxious when visiting and makes it a pleasurable visit for all concerned. They listen to what you have to say, advice you but are not forceful when recommending treatments. This is really reassuring as my dogs are getting on for 10 and 12 years old. I've had a number of different vets over the years but the staff here are the best. It is the only practice I've been too where my dogs do not start shaking when they see the building. Thanks"
