Options you're misleading your customers and public on the services you claim you provide. You/Practice manager should change details on the find a vet website, make your clients aware you do not operate any out of hours services especially weekends/bank holidays. As of now you're clients will be directed to the nearest VETS NOW pet emergency service, which the nearest, to your branches of Vale veterinary centres is in Langston Newport. No other vet services will see your sick/dying pet if you are registered with Richard Williams and his Daddy's practice Vale Veterinary Centre. I could go on but will seeing them very soon.
