"I could not recommend this outstanding veterinary practice more! We had to take our pug Bella in whilst on holiday, as she had damaged her eye. After ringing around different vets and being told all were full the very friendly staff at Valley Vets in Cardiff said they could fit Bella in. From the very moment we entered they made us feel welcome and the level of compassion, friendliness and professionalism was absolutely outstanding! Everything was explained to us in detail as to what the Vet was doing and then explained what we would have to do over the next few days. The vet gave a thorough examination and we could tell she was passionate about helping animals. I just wish we had veterinary practices to this standard at home.
