"The 5 stars are for the parent and baby swims, we go Monday and its superb. Chilled, mix of mum and baby and dad's and baby, grandmas and so on. No one fussed on apprehension and self conscious. Just kids and family having fun. Nice lazy river and small slides, with floats and watering cans a plenty. An hour is perfect, support staff dilligent and pleasant and a fab time had for all. 10 stars."

"Friendly helpful staff on reception and clean and tidy changing rooms. My son enjoyed his swimming lesson here (moved from slawit), plenty of seating to sit and watch. My only con would be not enough signs to direct you back to female/male changing rooms, after 5 minutes of the maze, we had to follow the fire exits and ended up back near reception with my son dripping wet still in his cozzie and towel."

"Very accessible location, the staff on reception are polite and smile (welcoming and helpful) and a huge variety of activities are available. The play zone for children is very good and will keep your kids entertained, splash park is fabulous for adrenaline. The gym has many machines and knowledgeable staff to help out and advise if needed. There are many different classes available for fitness. Learner swimming lessons are resuming as I type and they seem to cater for everyone and all abilities. I just wish we had a climbing wall. Highly recommended"

"Really good pools and some slides and a lazy river. The water could do with being a tad warmer but once your in and swimming it's ok. I'm not 100 percent sure if I trust having CCTV in the communal changing rooms. But it's understandable. Still a lie creepy. But great place and I still go regularly"

"Me and my friend had an amazing experience swimming here, going on the slides, underneath the water droppers and riding through the current! The building is large and easy to get around, with an advertisement for an offer at the KAL centre in Batley and very helpful staff!"
