"I have suffered from bouts of anxiety and depression for four years. I had been trying to manage it with medication that I changed every time a new spell took hold. Recently it got to a point where I knew I needed to do something different; I could not keep enduring weeks of crippling physical and mental symptoms. Initially, Yvonne took the time to get to know me and my circumstances, which allowed her to establish areas that required attention. In addition, it made me feel valued and allowed me to be open and honest. Yvonne is both committed and encouraging in her approach. When trying to avoid certain topics she was able to supportively navigate me through these and with lots of reassurance kept me moving forward.
