Mick assisted me in designing the engagement ring from scratch, ordering in diamonds for me to choose from and providing a knowledgeable and friendly service to produce a ring on-time and on-budget that was absolutely adored. He took the time to explain the various differences in quality and to point out why some are better than others in line with what I wanted. He then took a sentimental ring from us, added more gold and produced two wedding rings exactly to our requirements which, again, look amazing. He also cleaned up the engagement ring immediately before the wedding to ensure it really sparkled.
