We had a lovely welcoming from Anne, congratulating us on our engagement and then spent a considerable amount of time with Malcolm discussing all the different designs in detail. Upon selecting a design Malcolm arranged for some diamonds to be on site so we could go back and select a stone, assuring us that they are only sourced from the very best. Selecting an engagement ring is something you only do once and is a very special and exciting time, however, it can also be very daunting. Malcolm spent a substantial amount of time going through all the relevant information about diamonds and really put us at ease, discussing everything in so much detail. No pressure just outstanding customer service.
