"They have good facilities etc etc, but my dog is now pregnant because of them not following instructions. We have both male and female cocker spaniels, they knew about this, they accept non neutered pets etc, they knew that she was is heat , we told them to seperate them during the heating period and they clearly didnt!!!"
"Awful experience albeit some time ago. Dog was traumatised and now I understand that others have experienced the same. I won’t use a kennel service ever again after this experience, and I feel neglectful for having put my dog through this. If there were an option for less than one star, I would take that option because satisfaction wasn’t even close to 20%."
