"Literally in shock at how rude, obnoxious and unprofessional the staff at the Halifax branch are. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Please avoid purchasing from here, i attempted to simply exchange a ring i had purchased just days earlier and produced the receipt. The staff including the manager made every lame excuse under the sun and refused to take the item back. Absolute con artists. Will be pursuing a formal complaint with head office."

Don't be fooled into thinking you would be entitled to an exchange or refund if you change your mind or are gifted an item you're not happy with. They will make every pathetic excuse under the sun to get out of taking the item back. Appalling."
