"Would give zero if I could. We ordered at 8.30 with an estimated delivery time of 9.30. called them at 9.45 to see where it was and was told that they had internet problems and didn't get the order so would have to start it now. My husband spoke to them and asked if they could send a bottle of drink for the inconvenience. He laughed and said "why!?". He then tried to say the order was placed at 9.30. when my husband said ok just bring the food, we won't order again, he said 'just go online and cancel the order'. We called them back to get a refund as we ordered on their website. They told us they can't and we have to do it, while also not explaining anything as to how. Worst experience ordering food ever. Horrible manners and disgusting attitude with talking to people."

"I ordered the Kebab Meal 1 which states in the description 'Donner Kebab, side (chicken wings) and a can of drink' - I've always known a donner kebab to be meat with pitta bread and salad optional, so was very disappointed when the meal that arrived and was donner meat on a layer of chips, with 3 chicken wings squashed on top! No where in the description does it mention chips! When i called the restaurant to complain the guy laughed down the phone said "that's how we do it" - To top it off, this meal was delivered in a small cardboard box (usually for fired chicken) which had gone soggy and broken, appalling presentation. I suggest they update the descriptions so it is clear what you can expect with your meal."
