"Quite simply some of the best food we have ever tasted. Venue and staff are friendly and attentive. We were lucky enough to be seated with a view of the kitchen and got to witness the team in action. It's clear they have a passion for food and it really shows. Amazing textures complimented with truly incredible flavour combinations, yet perfectly balanced and seasoned. Really all the food was stunning, but the highlight of the night was the dry aged Bone in Sirloin, provided by Meat Matters, who specialise in ex dairy cow sustainable beef ageing. Words can't describe how flavourfull it was, you will just have to come and try it for yourself. Its beef but not as you know it. Worthy of a Michelin Star. We will be back."

"Staying at their Parador, we had breakfast here and it was superb! They cooked the sausages and bacon over charcoal, and got such a lot of delicious smoke in there! Very friendly and charming staff (and they let me have a look at their grill). Definitely one of the best breakfast of my life!"

"Great restaurant not far from Central station and the Principality Stadium. The restaurant is a mix of Spanish and Welsh cuisine. Staff are friendly and the food was well presented. I had the Dairy beef share platter which comes medium rare. Worth a visit."
