"Initially really happy with how quick they got me an appointment. Communication pretty poor, when I had to make the awful decision of how to let my fur baby go, no call back and didn't know what had happened to him to phone up the day after to be told they don't deal with the cremation and that I needed to ring a private company. Was a little upset to say the least. At least the Crematiorian people were on the ball."

"Sadly my darling boy was sent to doggy heaven on Friday the 14th October. We were told on the Wednesday that my boy had mouth cancer and that he was suffering . We were utterly heartbroken and decided not to be selfish and do the boy proud. We had one last amazing beautiful day with Reggie before he left us.
