"I didn’t realise that no claims discount couldn’t be taken into consideration from a private car to a commercial vehicle when I submitted my quote. I proceeded to take out insurance and paid a deposit. I called up to confirm my details 3 days later and I was notified they couldn’t take my claims into consideration, in most cases the company would deduct any days insured, but they refunded the full amount the very next day, the guy was super friendly too, unusual in this day and age. Would recommend, thank you."
