"Shocking..went to this vet 3 years ago with no complaints at all, went back on Friday had to wait until after 3pm for a vet to be avaliable my dog was falling over he is soill, told to get a water sample Monday morning and bring in 1st thing.. took sample at 8am with no delay told no vets until after 3pm waited and had to call in several times for results staff on reception are rude and arrogant, No compasion at all that my dog is very ill and still no has results after 3 days that can be tested in house in no time at all, with no outcome to my dogs illness i hadnt noticed £60 was added to my bill for Yumove tablets that the vet never even discussed with me and I don't require as i have a subscription with yumove anyway.... Asked for a refund to my card but vet declined to refund me, still no diagnoses told I be going elsewhere, this vet was happy for me to take him after wasting 3 days whe my dog is clearly very unwell. Spoke to another vet since who can't work out why my dogs temperature wasn't even taken at the consultation, especially when he has a temp chip can be easily scanned and no infection has been ruled out at this point ??? I cant express how arrogant and uncaring the staff at this practise are it is totally shocking and happy to load your bill up regardless even if your dog may not be around they will happily sell you products you might not even get to benefit from. Such a shame i have had to result to Google but Avoid Avoid is my advise...."
"They have been absolutely fantastic while dealing with our sick cat. In the end she had to be put down and all the staff have been lovely throughout her treatment. Came home today to a card in the post from the vets saying they were thinking of us and sorry for our loss. 100% wouldn't go anywhere else, treated the cat with the utmost kindness and gave her an extra few comfortable months with their treatment plan."
"Have now had two very bad experiences with this practice, both involving appointments. The first I put down to bad luck and moved on when I made an appointment for two pets to be seen at the same time, only to arrive to be told they only had one appointment. They were rude and aggressive, blaming me for the situation, even though I had specifically told them about both pets After the second incident I will now be looking for a new vet. Made an appointment for my dog who was bleeding, only to be phoned 1/2 hour before the appointment to say that they’d overbooked and couldn’t see him! No apology whatsoever, refused to see my dog, making an appointment 24 hours later! Again, very rude when the issue was their inefficiency. They all need a course in customer service! Will never go back with any of my beloved pets and will tell all my friends to avoid like the plague."
