"Hired a minibus from Fairview. What a wonderful service. Helen, our driver, arrived early but assured us there wasn't a rush. The 6 of us were ready so we packed up and went off to Heathrow. Helen was very polite and courteous, asked us if the temperature was OK and reminded us a couple of times to say if we needed a comfort stop. Helen delivered us safely to the drop off at T3. It was lovely to see her again on our return journey. Again she enquired about the temperature, reminded us of stopping if we needed to. The conversation wasn't quite as lively on the return journey as we were all tired and Helen gauged us all very well and let us doze. Thank you for such a wonderful service. Will definitely use you again and recommend."
