I called up to ask when my delivery would be to be told, 'I'll just ask the driver so stay on the line'. Perfect. Communication - so rare in the underworld of other delivery companies. And soon, there was Neil who had found my very remote property, unloaded the pallet then unpacked my order to take the pallet back. A real pleasure to experience honest customer service.
