"I have consulted Twist Physiotherapy for a knee pain and have received a first class service. Rebecca conducted a thorough assessment of my problem which involved listening carefully to my experience of my difficulty and she combined this with an observation of my movement and a hands on physical examination. She then gave me a programme of exercise combined with hands on physical manipulation. My exercise programme is electronic with videos to remind me how to do the exercises which she helps me practice in our face to face sessions. I can also log how frequently I do the exercises and rate their difficulty so I can monitor my own progress. Rebecca has also helped me to think about how I can build in the progress I have made in our sessions through exercise. Rebecca is an experienced and skilled physiotherapist. She is professional in her approach and combines encouragement with the gentle degree of understated, but on point challenge that I need to get me to engage in completing the exercises outside of our face to face sessions. Rebecca instills confidence, she knows what she is talking about and I feel safe in her hands. My knee problem is making good progress after three sessions which is a great relief to me.
