"Our flight was cancelled and we gave this company plenty of notice, but they have a pretty unreasonable refund policy where you can only get 10% of your money back if you cancel at any time, whether it is late notice or not. Be careful if your flight could be delayed or cancelled, as you cannot get anywhere near a full refund if your plans change."

"Just awful. Booked and prepaid for a 3am pickup to get to the airport. Phoned to confirm the trip 5 hours before pickup. Taxi never arrived. Tried calling their '24/7' number 4 times, no answer. Fortunately it was Uber to the rescue in the end. Eventually managed to get a refund, but no apology or explanation as to why they flat-out chose not to provide the service I'd already paid for. Use Uber, or a better taxi company, but be sure to avoid this lot."
