"They sent a link to pay £27 first before they said taxi will arrive in 15 20 mins. I mentioned it's urgent still waited almost half an hour. Called a fren to take us instead. When I called them again to cancel they said taxi is 5mins and can't cancel. You lot can have that £27 and a zero star for your false promise. Never will I ever use this taxi even if it's the last one on earth !!!!!!"
