"I'm three years into a personal injury claim with no sign of resolution. The lack of communication has been appalling and the medico legal agency they work with is just as bad. On several occasions I've been told they're waiting for my medical records - from one place I have never been treated and on two occasions the surgery has never had any communication from them. Multiple complaints have resolved nothing. At this point I am tempted to settle even though I will get less than what I am entitled to. The stress of dealing with this firm is as bad as the injury. I have gone over three years with only very minimal treatment to the injury, which continues to get worse. The other side have already admitted fault 3 years ago - this should have been straightforward! Rather I have been made to feel like a criminal while my pain increases, my mobility decreases and we go in circles."

"This company have literally 'ghosted' on me in relation to my son's case. They have sat on his case, despite a payout being agreed and was at the point of being with the compensation team, from since 2018, they had an incompetent manager Raluca Badea, alongside countless staff who were suppose to be dealing with my son's case. It has come to the point where I will have to contact the FCA to deal with these scammers once and for all!"
