"I phoned up originally and spoke with a lovely lady called Di who said they would help me with me case and asked me to send over evidence. I heard nothing back and have been trying to get in contact for 3 months now with no reply. I have emailed and phoned with no response and at first I was patient because of the global pandemic but on Google they are showing as open and on the voicemail there is no mention of service issues. I have given up making contact as it seems as though they are not able to send a simple email or pick up the phone. Would not reccomend, take your business elsewhere."
