"Awful company complaints team to not contact you in the 10days their supposed to. No one returns correspondence despite requesting call backs, emailing continuously and chasing updates. Can never actually speak to case handlers and when you finally do speak to someone they don’t have a clue what’s going on and simply say I will chase that up. Turn over of staff seems to be super high in the fact each time you moan about some one that person has left the company now. Nightmare from the the start and after almost a year no further forward with a settlement despite the claim being a straight forward non fault third party admits liability injury claim"

"My claim has been ongoing for over a year!! I have sent emails and tried to contact via phone to discuss why its taking so long! They never answer the phone! I'm now stuck in limbo and don't know what to do! This place seems like a shambles. I have dealt with several different employees of New Law and currently dealing with Aya, when chasing constantly I usually get an update. But payment has been agreed and I was informed 2-6 weeks and that they have payment…. It’s been 6 weeks and still no payment."
