Lack of update information was non existent - our real estate agent called our buyers solicitor in the end for an update. Not recommended and customer service as many others have called out is non-existent."

"0 stars…Dealing with Wilson’s solicitors is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The level of frustration is hard to put into words. The lack of communication and the arrogance are next level. I had to call every day, multiple times a day just for a simple yes or no answer. No manners, no interest in their work, rude and always acting as if I was bothering them. Never in the office, always on lunch and generally just not interested! Avoid at all costs. I considered pulling out of my purchase many times just because of them….I have still not had a completion date and I am not sure I ever will at this point. So disappointed…"

"Do not use this company if you want to sell or buy a house. Customer service is non-existent. I have never come across a company that literally do not take pride in what they do. Customer service is ZERO. I truly question their qualifications and professionalism. They have failed several times to respond to our buyers, Estate Agents and our Solicitors. It is unbelievable that a service provider being paid a huge amount of money can behave this way. Ignoring a customer is unprofessional and this is what they are good at. Even 1 star is NOT worth giving them"
