"Reviews were mixed but no other firms had a driver who could come in less than half an hour. Came in 10 mins, rather than 20, which I was told. So far so good. The driver absolutely lovely -very patient, polite and friendly. Journey went without a hitch. Thank you driver 36. They only accept cash - I know I should have asked when I booked. I've only booked 2 other taxis in my life. Would be helpful if they'd said. Had to go to cash point while driver waited. When I returned, I saw that the car's driver side front bumper was badly damaged. The trip was very good but damage to the car not impressive, hence 3 stars instead of 4."
"Horrible service. They are not reliable at all if you have a coach time that you want to catch I advise you not to use their service as they are irresponsible. I waited infornt the building with 3 big bags and the driver wasn’t there. When i called them they lied and claimed that the driver was there for 15 minutes. Shame on them i had to use uber at the end."
"Our driver was very pleasant and drove extremely safely. We went to East Midlands Airport from Oadby for £50 including a second pick up, which is reasonable. Unfortunately I can't give 5/5 stars because the receptionist who took my reservation misheard the street name which caused our taxi to be 10 minutes late even though I had booked weeks in advance. It would be good if I could have had receipt of order via email or SMS which would have prevented this. In addition, their website prices are not up to date and I didn't hear back from them via email so had to call up. This was confusing."
