"Poor communication and zero apology for being a no show for a 6am Ride to Heathrow! Driver said they thought is was meant to be a 5am pick up, and that they rang 8 times, which seems unlikely given the phone was next to my bed and we were awake at 5am anyway. They didn’t even give us a mobile number to call, so all we had was a landline which we called several times with no answer, making our trip to the airport much more stressful than it needed to be."
