"Hi Steve Ford. Was it the solicitor Samantha Chater that changed the details etc on Court papers in your case. Exactly the same thing has happened to me. She told the Family court that I had changed my telephone number for a remote hearing when I hadn't changed my number at all. This excluded me from proceedings. She also knowingly gave a false address for me to the Divorce court whilst sending other correspondence to my correct address, so absolutely no excuses whatsoever. This forced the divorce through without my knowledge. I only found out I was divorced 18 months after the event when I received documents by accident. I would like to talk to you as our cases are similar. Samantha Chater and BTTJ need exposing for what they are. Absolutely corrupt use at your peril."
