"Moved house with these solicitors and they were friendly enough. The sale went OK, but we had big issues with the buying side. It took them 6 months to register the house in our name. We were fined for late stamp duty payment and also had our mortgage lender threatening to withdraw their funding. At one point we thought they had legged it with 12k of stamp duty. This kind of behaviour suggests poor cash flow their side and was a horrible experience. They are cheap for a reason and never again."
