"I first became a member in 2001 after having my first child. My husband had joined the previous year and encouraged my sister and I to join and so we did and we loved it. Both of my children have trained at the school and really enjoyed the junior syllabus and then went on to do the adult classes when they were old enough. A great family club where there is something for every one with lots of classes to choose from. I now practice ti chi 3 or 4 times a week and I also enjoy the fighting fit classes. This is the place to go to relieve stress, improve your well being and make new friends."
