"I've been using Brelades for years and always liked them. Lately however things never seem to be easy. I misplaced a repeat prescription ans asked for a copy and they wanted to charge me again. I spoke to the practice manager who is based at Dorking and she didn't care one iota. I understand items a bit more admin but come on. The female vets, especially Gemma who i see at Bookham and Nicky the receptionist are great. Don't get too corporate and dont lose the niceties"
