"The most unprofessional staff in the universe. They are ghosting me. In 2020 I did an English course organised by the NHS in collaboration with them. They send me an email telling me that I passed my exam on predicted grade (no gathering permitted at that time). I never received my certification. I sent multiple emails and they never answer. I decided to contact them through the NHS. It's 3 months that NHS is trying to have an answer from them but they are constantly bouncing them, making excuses. So it's TWO YEARS that I am trying to get my certificate and two years that they try to avoid the issue just ghosting me."
"I am re-assessing my views on the campus since there have been some improvements. The classrooms that I have beenin seem to be in good condition. The facilities such as seating and the attition of a starbucks is excelent and a welcomed addition. I am annoyed that students cant access the office area to consult to lecturers, and hinders the success of students."
