"Reception staff, bar staff, waiting staff and the owner of the facility all need to go on an intense customer service course ASAP. I've never catered an event and been met with such disorganisation and unprofessional behaviour. The suite we served from was dingey, dirty and the kitchen area wasn't much better. If you book this venue or are a outside caterer do your due diligence first or you might get squared up to by the owner. As a female I found this highly disturbing. Purely because we required use of the kitchen facilities for the purposes of hot running water and heating up food for a hot buffet. Will never ever go back as first impressions last."
