"I started training with Asher since January of this year. I can say it's been such a great decision that I made. Near the end of last year I was thinking of getting a personal trainer, as I already attend the gym but I've just been doing basically the same routine and I wanted to try and test myself, see what my limit is, to add different things that would help me physically but also the minds too. And since joining with the trailing with Asher, the teachings, further information about how everything works with targeting different parts of the muscles and how different types of exercises impacts it in a positive matter. It has literally open my whole mindset of training, I'm able to feel way more confident being in the gym, knowing what I'm doing and how to do it effectively. I have more of an understanding of the different techniques. I've learnt on how to do different techniques correctly, effectively.
