"I am impressed daily by the staff at the Leicester branch at Tarragon Road. My son goes here and I'm very overprotective of him but I am at ease whenever he goes to nursery, total peace of mind. From the front of house staff Katie, Danielle and Angela to his teachers Leanne, Shannon and Faye, the team is beyond exceptional and have set the bar for what a nursery should be all about and lets not forget the food. They take pride in what they do and I'm so pleased I chose this nursery. They are simply the best"
"Unfortunately this nursery is awful. All fluffy and nice on the exterior however once you get inside and see what problems they have inside its amazing they are still open! The nursery itself is well laid out however parents are able to come and go as they please which causes child protection concerns when parents are left to be able to go into children's toilets with other children in there. Staff don't check nappy sizing to make sure the ones they are using are the correct size even though you provide the correct ones. My child simply described this place as dangerous! We moved him nursery and yet again he couldn't be happier! I wouldn't expect any updates on you child's progress as they can't be bothered to update there online system as well or give you a full and proper hand over about your child's day you could walk out without anyone evening knowing you or your child were ever there. The information provided on there website is also bogus they don't have ball pits and hair dressers is all fake information for your money find a local independent nursery who will put your child's needs first."
