"I purchased the Turbobuggy late April 2018 and I am very pleased with the product. My golf course is not hilly so I get 36+holes out of one charge. "I have had two failures, the first was just the ignition key breaking off in the lock, I don't think the metal was very good but they posted me a complete lock and two keys because their keys or locks are not numbered so they could not be sure that if they sent another key it would fit ! The second was the freewheel lever, I have to use this in order to get the buggy to the rearof the property, using power is too severe . They bauked a bit when they realised I was in Dorset and they were in Cheshire and started to suggest what i could do to fix it, so it seems I am recifying under warranty my own unit ! well I have tried to phone them recently and first I heard a Christmas closed message ( in Jan ) and afterwards continuously engaged. I went onto their web site but had a warning that this was not a secure sight so that was a no no as well. I have grave doubts that they know what their responsibility is on warranty situations, what would happen if I damaged the motor while attempting a rectification advised by them, would I get another motor ? Until I can contact them I am not touching it."
