"Got a AA taxi cab from Shipley wanted to go to work in lower Baildon. Driver drove past my drop off point took me elsewhere. I was alone in the taxi with the male driver. I was frightened and vulnerable travelling at around 7am - 7.30am. Charged me extra demanding the fare on the meter. I will walk in future! AVOID AVOID AVOID, since the management has changed and the driver’s the service has dropped so has the respect I used to be a regular customer not no more"
