"Usually nice service when buying stuff, but my missus bought some newborn cream from the pharmacy which was unsealed. We wanted to return the item, but were refused because "how do we know you haven't used it" (the item was sold without a seal by the manufacturer but this isn't obvious till you open the box). The value of the item was so low and having paid cash, we couldn't be bothered. Considering their approach for an issue with a £2 cream, I would highly advise any client to just walk the 100 feet to the nearby Boots which have a much better customer service if something goes wrong. As a side note, a similar item was available at Boots with a big warning "do not use if seal broken"."
