"driver turned up knowIing a wheelchair was to be folded into the boot. Diver faced me and said I'm not giving you my car number your chair will scratch my car. Well son of a gun a phone call to the office and ul probably get let off. I have used this firm for years at various addresses round cleck but one thing I will not stand for is a driver being prejudiced against a wheelchair user. If you don't want them in your boot. Get a new job. Get better language towards customers and book yourself on customer service because you score ZERO!"

"I have used this company for over 1 year and never had a problem till I go to Leeds and then they make us walk to find the taxi and when I complain the guy who answers the phone is RUDE ARROGANT AND JUST PLAIN OLD HORRIBLE. told me i was a nuisance to him. it's a shame the staff in the office are so horrible because the drivers are lovely. I would use again if I could ring the driver direct but will never ring that office again. horrible horrible man."
