"Went in to by some camping equipment. The tills upstairs although manned by two people were not serving people. I went downstairs, I had to wait 10 minutes to be served because some guy was returning stuff he had ordered online. I was told by Maisey one of the shop assistants that she could not serve me with cash on the other till, when I complained in a business like manner, she said I was being rude(which I wasn't) I pointed out that it was important as a business that the management get customer feedback, she replied " i don't want to continue this conversation " so I left feedback on Google. The people who work here are extremely rude, this is a reflection of the company as a whole."
