They do not answer questions when asked, just repeat a statement which most often isn't related to what you have asked. They are also incredibly rude and confrontational on the phone when I phoned asking for help understanding a tricky situation with regard to boundaries. Please avoid - they massively increased the stress in an already tricky purchase which ended up falling through. This was not because of Gordons, however the situation would have been clearer 2 months prior if they had been clear and had a small amount of customer focussed delivery."
