"What you're seeing is an organised takedown of our nation. -A Bolshevik takedown. Like the NHS and other once brilliant institutions, the enemy has put in place 'their man', to destroy the way the Royal Mail works from the inside out. When the captain is rotten to the core, what do you expect from the people working behind the glass window? Idillic Clevedon or not, It's only going to get worse from here. Buckle up for total collapse"
"After been on strike for weeks my parcel had to arrive but obviously with no one home they decided to bring it back so now I cannot even get it since they are open never, congratulation worst company ever"
"Missed a delivery (Thursday) and received a card to collect from this office. Turned up the following morning (Friday) at 08:00, only to be met with an industrial strike action and closed collection office. So decided to return the next day (Saturday), only to be told my parcel has been sent to Bristol. Now have to return for a third time to obtain parcel, all the while with absolute no urgency for them to get my parcel to me. Absolute despicable service."
"Had to collect my parcel from the sorting office in Clevedon which they said was open 4pm until 7pm a Thursday, I waited with 10 other people and the office never opened, in the end I gave up and went home, I phoned them and left a message asking them to return my call but I had nothing! It's no wonder the likes of Amazon and TNT, Fed ex, etc, are doing so well as they have no competition from the royal mail. Useless."
"What can I say, the problem son being the best in the country for service delivery. However, when it comes to service delivery of small things count not opening up their offices I’m failing to put a simple common courtesy sign on the door explaining why they’re not open. Leaving people out the front with a number on the website it just is disconnected so therefore you cannot call anybody for assistance is just bought standard basic failings, then having to call the head office to be informed that they cannot contact any operations manager that works in this area just tells me that they were a job and nock and nobody wants to take responsibility. Fantastically poor delivery and a service that is clearly in trouble getting anything right."
