"I have been with this vet now for some 7 years and have always found them helpful, friendly and polite. I left the previous vets I used, after an occasion when I was kept waiting for an hour with no explanations and disinterested staff. My cat last week had some distressing symptoms which were quickly identified by the vet and treated sympathetically. I was so relieved by the prompt and professional approach, and my cat is back to his normal self now!"

"Wish I had read the reviews first. The vet told me my cat appears fine and it is not unusual for Persian cats to have runny eyes and wet nose due to their flat face, but he will give my cat some antibiotics. Two injections later which i am not told about and two types of orally prescribed antibiotics and a hefty bill for a cat that is fine! Simply money making - Very poor attitude - not much care about animals or people."
